1 weeks results of being back on track...4 lbs down!! Who knew tracking on MFP, eating low carb & high protein, walking 3-5 miles a day, and getting in all my water would actually work! I realized I let the sleeve do all the work for me the first 6 months and to continue losing after 6 months I have to work my sleeve!
