40 lbs down, 3 months out, 2 months PREGO! I went thru hell to get the Mirena IUD 2 years ago (after a bad miscarriage with a regular IUD) even though my insurance didnt cover it b/c it had a lower rate of pregnancy than having your tubes tied...but who's the most fertile person on the planet...THIS GIRL. Appt w/ the OB next week for an U/S to find out if its a viable pregnancy. If it is... we will go with it. If its not...the hubby is getting snipped!
