i want this to happen to me! haha i don't sweat a lot, that is not an issue to me, but i'm always hot, i need the a/c to be super cold to feel confy, i live in the desset so that doesn't help, i read before surgery about the always feeling cold after, but so far it hasn't happen to me -

i say yes! it is so important to get our fluids but i choose a tumbler with a straw and now i can pretty much drink almost normal -

i like mixing different flavor proteins, like vanilla and strawberry or chocolate and strawberry, it just makes it less borring -
i take 2 everyday and my hair looks really good and i see a lot of baby hairs so i will keep taking it

my doc said straws are just fine, i used one since day 1 post op, i find that i drink more if i use one, and if i drink without it i tend to gulp my water, so i drink from a tumbler with a straw.
