omg its bad like a half hour after i eat i feel so hungry i know its not in my head cause my stomach feels like its screaming feed me lol today i was drinking alot more then anyother day but i was starving all day . i hope this is not going to be a fail for me thanks for the responds

today i had a cup of chicken stirfry i made with peppers no rice it went down good and i had no problems at all

i just started solids today 2 and iam not real sure what to eat either my nut told me low fat high protein foods , how much have u lost so far ? iam down 26 pounds and went in on 4/10/12 iam afaid to eat reg food in fear of not losing any weight

i think u r doing good iam about the same post op i lost 24pounds but didnt lose anything pre op at all i thought the same thing but i had to stop weighing myself daily and now iam goin to do it once a week i was getting obsessed lol -
try sugar free water ice they go down real good for me good luck

the same thing happend to me in the hospital they gave me meds and i went to sleep the rest of the day lol but the next day i was good and have not got sick yet . try sf waterice it worked best for me good luck

i learn alot on here welcome , i just had my sleeve done on april 10th and iam down 15pounds so far it was a great surg ! iam very happy with it its just hard getting through the first 2 weeks lol uggggh good luck where r u having ur surg ?

ive been on my cpap for about 3 to 4 months now , at first i used a full mask then a nasal pillow then i swithched again to one that just covers ur nose the full mask is the best one so far the others r comfotable but i feel much better with the face mask i was just sleeved on tuesday the 10th and hope that wen i lose weight i wont have to use this any more good luck it took me a week or so to get use to it without freaking out -
well iam just so nervous and happy at the same time i have to be at the hospital @730am to have my sleeve done

the pre op diet for them is 1000 cal a day 60 grams of protein and 64 oz of fliud iam having bad headachs though not enough food lol and its for 2 weeks

iam goin to penn on the 10th tuesday and david wernsing is going to do my sleeve the 3 hospitals are all linked togather like sisters lol i just have to wait for them to call me tommrw with my surg time ! iam getting nervous lol
