  1. I also ended up with an ulcer and I have the hardest time eating red meat and chicken...iy seems I can only do fish and even veggies get stuck (cauliflower and broccoli) if they are not cooked to a mistake. My surgery was 6/22 last year and I have been miserable since. I don't know if I would have just rather kept the GERD but it was really bad too. At least I was able to eat better and had way more energy. Now I'm just sick and weak all the time and in pain and most things cause me abdominal pain. I feel like a 78 year old.😔

Omg... yes! I have not posted in ages but I saw this and wanted to let you know that the same thing has been going on with me. I have been suffering from body pain as well. It is hard for me to do most things on a daily basis. I feel extremely weak as well. I have not required a blood transfusion but I did come up low on bloodwork so I am anemic and have low Iron and hemoglobin. I only started having these issues after gastric bypass. I originally had gastric sleeve in 2012 and did not feel this way. I had to have a revision last year in 2016 due to severe gerd and I have regreted it ever since.

  3. You look awesome...also noticed you didnt cut your lone beautiful hair..did u have Hair loss? ?

Thank you. I was very lucky, I had no hair loss. I took extra precautions in order to avoid it and I believe it paid off. I did a lot if research on deficiencies that can cause loss and i made my own concoction. This is what I took daily: 10,000 mcg of Biotin, 25 mg of Zinc, 3,000 (1,000 mg 3 x a day) mg of MSM(very beneficial) my chewable multi Vitamins, Vitamin C and 300 to 500 mg of magnesium a day and fish oil capsules. I also ate plenty if Fat. I did a primal type diet. I think all the things combined worked for me to keep my hạir.

  4. I am for months out now myself and I've found that I'm not hungry anymore. After my surgery I was so hungry so the time but now I have to remind myself to eat. It's crazy also cuts I can eat more but I find that eating crunchy foods is much easier for me.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using VST

I am almost 3 moths out and was feeling so hungry at the very beginning as well and it seems the hunger is finally slowing down for me too! So glad you posted that!

  5. Hello and congrats on your weight loss so far and on your marriage. I have some info but out of fear of back lash, I don't want to post it on here so send me a private msg. I was sleeved 10/11/12 and was losing very slowly and then not at all ao I started looking for ways to boost my weight loss and I stumbled onto something online and started this "diet" last week and since I started, I swear to you I have seen pounds dropping daily. This diet probably goes against your NUT or Dr (I know it goes against mine) but if you are interested just msg me. BTW it does not require any gimmicks or pills or anything fishy AND I am not trying to sell you something. I swear! :) lol BTW, this also doesn't require exercise.

  6. I used to work at a hospital doing a lot of the insurance stuff and yes, they have to bill way high so they can get a fraction of the cost. Especially when it comes to state programs like Medi-Caid (Medi-Cal) seriously, I'd see total bills of $70,000 and certain programs or even some insurance companies would pay a negotiated rate of like 5 to $10,000 on that $70,000 bill so I can see why they bill so much. You have to factor the over head, the Doctor, the nurse etc, etc, etc I mean, can you imagine what they would get reimbursed if they billed the cash price to these insurance companies? My gosh! they'd be lucky to get $1,000 on that bill! We wouldn't have any hospitals up and running.

  7. oh no I tested postived twice and was treated twice and I will be sleeved Nov 26th, I hope it dosent show up again!

Someone on another forum said this "eat raw garlic for ten days.. no more h Pilori. dice up raw garlic and eat a tablespoon twice a day for ten days. just put it in a small glass of Water and drink it"

So I might try this. I was treated for H. Pylori before my surgery and somehow I still was positive after and the treatment is horrid. I gag every time I think it's time for my medication.
