Hi Erica,
I also prayed with you, for you, for me, and others that are going through what we go through daily. Lord please continue to bless us as we move through the daily challenges of life. Please continue to place in our hearts the joy and love your grace and mercy brings. We are all flawed and will fall sometimes, but I have faith that you are always there to pick us up, and dust of off. Thank you Lord for giving us a new day to be the people we know we can be.
Keep on keeping on!!

These are encouraging words... knowing that God is there no matter what we look like! He will help us through!
Shellbelle-- We have all felt down like this! I was feeling the same way before my surgery. It is definitely not a magic pill that cures our self-esteem issues over night, but it is encouraging to know that there is a tool to help us on our weight loss journey! This support group has also helped me stay encouraged throughout this journey!

I weighed this morning and was at 298 also! I was so excited to be in the 2 hundreds again... haha... can't wait 'til onderland! I still can't believe they only gave you tylonol at one point in the hospital... that must've been miserable. I'm pretty sure draining the progresso soups is counted as clear liquids. My nutrition class said that was fine. I hope you get to feeling better soon!!
