Maybe you drank your Protein Shake too fast? You will have some days where your appetite changes and at first right after surgery you won't be much hungry. Just make sure you drink plenty of Water too.

Mrs Igg.I just read this thread and I think her question was fair. Before you or your little posse start attacking others ask yourself this.Who cares for your special needs kid while you babysit this website? Looks like another act of selfishness to me! SMH! You even had the nerve to say thanks everyone. You are just an old bully!
Please remember to follow the forum rules,be respectful to others,we are adults and we should know how to express our own opinions without having to be disrespectful. Thanks.

I'm 6 months out and my calorie goal is 1200 daily . I exercise 6 times per week.
I have stalls too , we all do . Please tell me more about your exercise routine ? Congrats on your 55 lbs

Hi please never use the word "only lost " instead say I lost 7 lbs . I think 7 lbs is a lot in 2 weeks . Try to not compare yourself with others . We are all different .
Is funny how much we want this weight to come off so fast but it took us years to put the extra weight on . The weight will come off , do not stress yourself . Stick with the sleeve rules and you will success. One day at a time . You are doing fantastic , good luck .

I'm a free lance photographer and I have done weddings etc . This idea that you are having came up into my mind a few months ago . I think is the perfect idea for a photographer . Go on , you will do great

I agree with Pdxman. I think you should take it easy . I did a 2 week
liquid diet after my surgey and then I started slowly with blended mushy foods. And just so you know mushy foods and liquids have not so much restriction as dense Proteins so when you start you regular meats slowly , you will feel more restriction . Some people are lucky to tolerate almost any food after surgery, others not . To be sucesful with your sleeve you need to trust that you can do this first , never fear to fail . This is not an easy journey for sure . It requires a lifetime change commitment . Good luck
