I am sorry that you are feeling this way. Is very common to have depression after a major surgery. I felt a little down around that time that you are now post op.

You are going to feel better with the days,time heals. And you will start seeing that getting sleeved was the best decision you ever made for your self,for your family,for your life. Always keep your water with you everywhere you go,so you sip and sip when you get hungry. Your pre op diet sounds like a dream lol I was not allow to do any cheese or oatmeal

I do still having problems with eating slow, I think that is never going to happen for me. I usually eat in less than 5 minutes :/ not good at all
