I'm 1 month and 4 days post op. I'm craving sweets and back eating normal foods just not as much is this normal.

I go through this all the time geez. I'm really concerned. Before surgery I was not hungry all the time. I find myself in the middle of the night raiding my fridge. WHAT TO DO? -

I quit smoking a couple days before the surgery 6.24.11, and found myself smoking again a week after the surgery please,please help me somebody..
