Reached my goal back in February or so. Sailed past it (my doctor's goal) and sailed past my temporary goal of 150 and then plummeted past my "never in my wildest dreams" goal. I fluctuate between 135-140 lb now. I wear a size 8-10 and I am no longer even considered "overweight". I look at other people who I used to envy and think....I look BETTER than THEY do (i.e., more healthy). food doesn't rule my life ANY MORE. My mindset has changed. I don't deprive myself...I eat WHAT I want....but nowhere NEAR the amount I used to. I love my life now and my whole mental outlook on the world has changed. This is hands down the BEST decision I EVER made in my life. Worth every penny of the out of pocket and THEN some. I was a self-pay.

Swallowing air. We're put together a little differently now. But I would imagine you are still getting rid of the air pumped into you during surgery. I was actively farting for about 2 months. It lessens over time, but you will still find that you have more gas than you did before surgery. That's been the case for me anyway.

I am very familiar with weed and weed users and I can say pretty much without EXCEPTION that all of them who are habitual recreational users fall into the category of "sluggish do-nuttin" potheads. I've been around this stuff for 45 years and I have never seen one person who had any kind of "epiphany" or any brain activity at all for that matter, while high. They like to say they are the exception, but they are not. If they could stand outside themselves and see themselves as they are when they are high they would realize that, but you can't tell a drunk he's drunk and the same goes with dope. Weed does pretty much one thing to a person, turn them into a potato. PERIOD.
