Lost 2 more pounds, weight is coming off slow now but still coming off. Down from a size 30/32 to a size 18 now...Wooo Hooo

I am so excited. I decided not to weigh myself for a couple of weeks and have lost 6 more pounds so I have now lost 80 pounds. I put a few new pics up.

I got a 1 month trial membership at the YMCA so I started swimming today, I loved it. I plan on going as much as I can for this whole month and see what happens. I am only 34 pounds away from my first goal, its exciting!!!

Yay I hit my 70 pounds weight loss mark today

I put a few pics up, sorry I really never liked to do body shots before but you can see some of my weight loss in my face. I am going to see if my surgeon will give me a copy of the pics they took of me before surgery so I can compare to new ones

Yay I hit 60 pounds weight loss today. I am so excited, my clothes are fitting looser. Only 48 more pounds to hit my first goal.

I had a friend yesterday that I saw at work I hadn't see since surgery and he told me "WOW you look sexy" I about cried, it felt so good to know my hard work is showing

I am so happy and excited I don't know what to do with myself. I hit 55 pounds lost today.

OMG I am so miserable today. I work overnights and I barely made it through the night. Went to the Dr. and both my ears and throat are infected and I have to work like this...I hope my night goes by fast

Yay me. I hit my 50 pound weight loss mark today!!!

Yay I am so excited I hit the 50 pound mark today. It is so funny I had thought I gained weight but with putting new clothes on I guess the clothes will fool ya. Anyways really excited and happy I had my sleeve. I have been the happiness in my life since having this done and it has really done wonders with my relationship with my hubby as well, not that it was bad before but it has made us closer!

I need more will power, any suggestions. Tonight on my way to work I had every intention to go to McDonalds and buy a burger but then as I approached it I changed my mind because I know that 1 it would be hard for me to eat the food and 2 I know that their food is high in calories/fat.

I haven't never formally introduced myself here but here I go. Before I had surgery the highest weight I had ever been was 422 pounds at 5ft 11in tall. I had type II Diabetes which now since surgery is gone but I still watch it to make sure it stays gone. I am married and a mother of 3 girls and a grandmother of 1 girl. I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and am feeling pretty good other than the stomach spasms after I eat. I guess I just need to get use to what is ok and not ok to eat. I am down 45 pounds since Jan 03...yeah but so much farther to go...with time with time
