This recipe sounds wonderful. Thank for posting! and I love Chai tea.....what a blessing this is today. I had my sleeve on Tuesday Dec 28 and am still fumbling around with what I can and cannot eat. Have had tomato soup and carnation instant breakfasts....a bit of crystal light and water... not real exciting, but trying to focus on all that I WILL have in my life as i lose weight.

has anyone tried the GNC brand Isopure hi-protein drink mix? they have one that is "like gatorade" w/ 40 g of protein in a 16 oz bottle....my surgery is Dec 28 and I'm getting a bit anxious!

My sleeve surgery is scheduled for 7 am Tuesday December 28...it's been a long road to get to this point. Can't believe insurance is covering my surgery...so happy...excited to be starting a new life after this surgery is complete...praying for self control, for emotional well being...and to continue to be the wife & mother that I know my family needs.
