Hi Susan..I'm not quite 2 months out (VSG) and live in fear of losing hair so I started with Folicure products to get a jump on things but I also use Nioxin Bliss Thermal Protector (leave-in spray) and love it..hope these tidbits help..I would reply on FB but I don't want the whole world to know I've had WLS especially since my HS reunion is a yr away and I plan to look GREAT!! lol...

Susan..thanks alot I'm undecided what to do...how much longer before we take regular pills or do we have to crush everything for awhile. Are you doing ok? I haven't been on much lately...my life has been consumed caring for elderly aunt 250 mi from me and when I'm there she has no internet so I have no contact with outside world! Pam and I are doing well..I've lost 17lbs..not that much as far as I'm concerned and I don't eat much?? Guess b/cause my BMI was lower weight loss is slower.

Are you still having surgery this Wed? I'll keep you in my thoughts!

Hey Tiff..thanks for thinking of me...I'm feeling more upbeat..I was on a real downer yesterday cuz I was starving..I told my family to stay away..but I'm on the upswing now..LOL...it is heck to be hungry!!

Hi Beckie, I just got home today..everything went great..I think my surgery was 1 hr 18 min..I used very little pain meds and I loved Dr Aceves and Dr Campos..my stomach keeps growling..I sure would like to eat or so I think!! I am more sore than anything and believe me these first 10 days can't go by fast enough..I would like to get to the mushy stage..loved the Lucerna Hotel..my lastbig meal was steak and lobster..what a way to go...all in all everything went great but I sure am looking forward to about 18 days from now!! Talk to you soon..give me an update on how your doing and what ya been eating...Debbie

Hello, I'm having sleeve surgery on the 17th and was wondering how you got your protein in the first 10 days? Also, do you take liquid vitamins and where's your fav place to purchase these necessities?
