Hello everybody surgery date july 1st 73 pounds lost i posted these at another thread one of my first nsv's tried on wedding dresses bridal sizes 12 and 14!! I was street 22!! Omg my worst fear of not fitting in the dreses its gone still have lil more to go but waoo.. tears of joy for sure not bad for my first dress shopping experience felt beautiful and special for the first time ever. cant wait to try more soon and marry my love and my biggest supporter thanks to all of you too for being inspirations and soo much support everyone looks amazing

Congrats to everybody looking amazing!! So inspirational!! My progress so far 86 pounds down surgery july 1st 2014 im completely stuck now but not worrying to much about the scale im losing inches so as long as it doesnt go up! Its fine happiest i ever been in many years go losers!! Xoxo

Hello everyone lools fabulous!! even though its been only 2 and 1 /2 months i wanted to share my pics so far 46 pounds down july 1 st surgery date

I had my surgery dec 4th 2014. The first surgery I had was rny and I had complications (extreme pain) because my intestines weren't put right. My surgeon had to revise to a sleeve on March 16th 2015. So I had two surgeries and had to go through all the stages 2x. I am 8 pounds from goal in six months due to this.
It's been tough but totally worth it in every way!!

My progress so far 83 pounds down july 1st 2014 stuck right now but happy and loving life!!

It is really something to compare my progress. I think I look much better now, what do you think?
So worth it!

Hello i was sleeved 7/1/14 i have have lost 76 pounds and ive been stuck for about 5 montjs not sure if im.done im doing zumba now 5 days per week to see if that will jumpstart me with the rest but very happy with how im feeling with my health and energy sleep apnea gone and im a size 12 from a 24 22 so cant ask more i can def hold more food than at first and i know i still lack in reaching Water goals and maybe more Protein at his point workin on it though i took a time to put on all this weight cant expect all of it to come off quick even though im obessed with comparing my results with others i wish it could be more sometimes but im very happy and pleased

top row is April 22nd and bottom row is today June 5th.. A total of 44 pounds lost.

Rules I "break".....
I drink alcohol.
I eat pancakes, muffins, Cookies, cake, candy, Pasta, bread and rice
I do regular sugar stuff...not low cal/sugar free (yuck)
I drink with meals
I don't count calories, track or measure my food (except Protein and water-see below)
I usually drink Decaf, but won't hesitate to drink caffeinated if that's all that's available
I graze and snack
I have no formal exercise program or plan (my regular life is active enough)
Rules I follow...
The first two rule breaks above are done in moderation (I guess this is MY rule)
No carbonation (tried it....ouch)
Take my Vitamins every single day
Drink at least 64oz water/day
Get 60-80g protein/ day
Get bloodwork done regularly and adjust Vitamins accordingly
My personal #1 rule.....
Eat a healthy, balanced diet of Protein, veggies, fruit and whole grains every day.

Sharing my 5 month post op pic! First pic is from 12/25/14, 342 lbs. My current pic is from 5/29, my 5 month surgiversary, weighing 250.4. 92 lbs down so far since surgery, and 118 from my highest weight of 368! My goal weight is 170.

I had my VSG surgery on December 15, 2014 and through this whole process I have now lost 114 lbs. I wanted to share two before and two after. The before one in the blue shirt was about 5 years ago when I was at about 300lb, the other before one in the white jeans was 2.5 years ago when I was at about 260 lbs. The after in the blue shirt was n April 2015 and I hit 100lbs lost and was 200 lbs. The one in the orange dress is today, happily weighing in at 186 lbs
What an amazing journey it has been! This site and everyone on it have been so inspiring!
