7 months post op...first fill tomorrow...im nervous...

I got banded on Sept 10...I am 46 lbs down from surgery so I am averaging 3 lbs a week...sometimes I get hungry at 3 hours sometimes I go 5 hrs before I get hungry I think the amount of Water I drink or don't drink affects that ...I haven't had a fill yet at all (I'm kinda scared to get one) I've said no to 3 fills and I'm making sure to exercise even if its a biggest loser video in my living room (yesterday my 5 yr old was "coaching" me through it wearing underwear and tennis shoes lol and telling me good job and he's proud of me... even though he was under my feet a lot it was so cute lol) I go back for my next appt the beginning of January so we will see how I feel then...I figure if I'm losing I can put up with a few hungry growls good luck and Merry Christmas!

my hairdresser friend made a deal with me a year ago (before i started looking into lapband) that at 50lbs loss she would give me a free color/cut...i struggled with that so much! now im happy to say i am down 50lbs (from when we made that deal) and ill be taking her up on that offer for the new year!

oh and my 20yr highschool reunion is being planned for next summer...ive been fat since 4th grade needless to say i cant wait for that reunion!

nice job! my average right now is 14lbs month... its so crazy/exciting!

3 months out...42lbs down..no fills (yet) and half way to my 1st goal!

I can't wait to wear jeans...I haven't even tried on a pair in 15yrs or more!

Hey cousin I just happen to see this...soo proud of you... I'm hoping to be right on your heels with my weightloss...Thx for letting me randomly text you when I'm feeling stressed...I was banded Sept 10th and I'm down 25 lbs including 2 weeks pre-op... tues will be 5 weeks altogether... now I need to get on being active again!
