    feel like somethings stuck in my throat or upper chest. anyone with this issue and any advice how to clear it. I feel if I can make 1 big burp...... but I cant. HELP.......

      I was having issues with the vitamin b50 getting stuck, now I have it early morning with hot tea. Seems to help go down better.
