Hello Everyone!

Todays weight: 234.6

Slowly but surely I am getting there. I am 8.6 pounds away from my first goal, the smallest I have been as an adult. I am really excited! Lately, the girls I work with have been pushing each other in little challenges. Currently we are doing a squat challenge, adding in 15 each day. Also, we have been trying to do 10 lunges an hour...just to get up out of our chairs and get in some exercise. Since starting to push myself this month, I have noticed a big improvement on the scale, as well as my endurance. I hope everyone is having a great week

I have been super disappointed with my weight loss the last month. Stall then a tiny but of movement then a stall. I am hoping to get back to losing consistently, at almost 4 months it's discouraging to be stuck.

Happy news is I am out of my stall!! Didn't reach my goal, but I am pushing myself so I will take that as a positive! Can't wait for the next challenge, thank you to everyone who kept me going...love how hard we work!! Thanks Bea for all the work you do!
