Day so we did things andI felt good about myself so I had to take a pic 15 onths post op , 20 yrs. ago taday I got a belated B. day presen , ya 14 days after my B. Day lol it was him my son.

I am finally firmly in onederland! This morning, I weighed in at 194.2 wearing jeans and a long sleeved shirt (no shoes). Didn't want to post until I was sure I was there! It feels wonderful!

I feel as if i have been on liquids for a million days.. 3 months pre-op and now 6 weeks post.. hmm

I can not believe the amount of energy I have 6 days post-op.

Finally under 40 BMI - one of my short-term goals! Woo hoo!!

Exactly one month till my surgery!! Excited yet nervous! Either way I am ready to get this done and start my new life!

Went today for my Pre-Op registration and was giving all intructions. Wow can't belive this is actually going to happen next Wed. I am happy and a little scared.. but I have faith everything will turn out great

Weight Loss has stopped!! I'm back to work but very tired feeling..not much energy to walk more than 10 minutes a day...waiting for my body to go forward again

Hi everyone!! I'm new to this.

I can wear a Large top now, not extra large anymore, down 41 pounds as of today!

The weight is coming off and I am just amazed! Almost 60 lbs down and I can't help but be amazed and happy and more amazed and than even happier!

Went to my heart dr, routine check up today. I went up to counter today and receptionist didn't recognize me ! (5 years same dr) NSV!!

Ordered my EatSmart scale and Hamiltion Personal Blender..........Operation Operation is a GO!

Surgery on Friday. Became a member today.. Looking forward to the new me and beginning a new chapter in my life.

can't believe i was actually approved

since i had my last fill on the 2nd and really am focused i have lost 4 lbs.

So this past Friday made 3 months smoke free for me!! I'm looking forward to the new healthier me. Appt 5 of 6 is in 2wks!!!

I'm super happy.. tomorrow I go to my Pre-op appointment and next Wed Dec 18th is my surgery!! finally! I'm ready!

8 hours...but didn't sleep well up 11 times = 3 hours of actual sleep

It's been a few months now since my last fill and am definitely eating more, but still maintaining my weight. Gotta love it!

today is the big day! i hope i'm approved~

Time to kick up the exercise.
