Well I finally knows what is a fill and how is done, it is not a big deal but still you get nervus, the doctor add 1.5 cc now I have 5.5 in my band hopping that will help to keep loosing and be in the green zone , I was told shakes and mushies for 3 days, I hate that balium drink but that is how the doctor knows if is enought fluid or not he have to remove.5 because I was to tight.

Yes 2muchfun I am happy so far with my results lost 55 pounds so far I love my band no regrets, but i was getting hungry offten and my doctor told me that it was time for a fill,

Hi all I have a new one, yesturday I went out with my husband it was the first time in a couple of weeks that I drive my car after my fall ,when I get inside my car and start driving i saw my husband smiling and I ask him why he was smiling and he said because that was the first time that I did not fight with him regarding him moving my car seat, My husband is slim and always move my seat to the front when he drive my car, one time I was so upset that I prohibed him to touch it and use his car instead of my, now I realized that I was very rude with him and he never said nothing back to me, I love my husband !!!! )

This is my before and after, I lost 52 pounds in 4 months , I love my band and I love to take pictures of myself now!!! LOL!!!

Hi Banded on nov 6 2013 lost 52 pounds so far very happy with my band, my band was prime with 4 cc and I did not have any fill yet.

I was banded 4 months ago and so far I am happy with my band , the other surgeries for me were to much and also the problem with the vitamins intake, I know 2 people with WLS 1 with the sleeve and one co worker with bypass 7 years ago ,the one with sleeve have to take the vitamins by Iv and my coworker I was told that she was out from work last week because she ended in the emergency room and they have to put a tool thru her troat to she can eat again I do not know what happen and I did not ask her because I am out from work due to a fall but in all of the surgeries are risks, For me the band works but we have to follow the rules, go to check ups with the doctor and the best part of the band for me is that is reversible and nothing is cut and remove inside.

Hi there my friend, I am sure 211 in the scale will show up soon , you are doing great with you exercise , I wish I can say the same I still out from my job it is hard to be home around food but I really control myself because I want to go forward not backwards, on february 7, I was at 217 in the doctor office I did not weight after that my scale needs new batteries I am hoping still like that or less, I can't wait to summer for all of us share pictures!!!!

Hi all november banders I was banded on nov 6 ,2013 i am doing good lost 50 pounds since pre op diet , I fall on ice two weeks ago and i stop going to the gym until my doctor see the mri results, I drop 3 sizes so far keeping track of my calories intake , I did not have a fill yet because I have 4 cc during surgery, I drink plenty of Water, no soda, rice, bread for me, next appointment is on may.

My doctor told me to wait a year before I drink any kind of alcohol again, I am keeping that promise until my aniversary november 6 , 2014, that was the only thing that he insist in every conversation he mention no alcohol for a year,

Hi there My personnal opinion is that it is wrong what the nurse said to you , she is trying to sell you the sleve and lying about the poor results in the band it is up to you because the band is a tool and if you work with you band and follow the rules you will be succesfull with it, I am so happy I choose my band and if I fail it will be my fault and not the band, good luck in you journey and reserch both options and make you decision base in all the facts.

Very sorry for your lost, loosing a mother is very hard , I lost my 5 years ago. congratulations you look great !!
