i have 2 snacks at work also so i would not say i am going without food in between but i am keeping it to 1200 cals per day cept weekends are harder!!!

I still eat as fast as i always did too i chew more but certainly dont take 5 mins between bites i am scared of fills too so i should just count my blessings!!

I TOALLY AGREE FULL LIQUIDS WILL SAVE YOUR BACON I WAS ONLY ON CLEAR LIQUIDS FOR ONE DAY THEN FULL LIQUID WHICH INCLUDES A LOT OF THINGS FOR 2 WEEKS AS PER DR'S ORDERS I DONT GET THESE DOCS THAT WANT YOU ON CLEAR LIQUIDS FOR A WEEK........HOW DO YOU GET YOUR Protein???? I

good for you!!! i am so glad you feel better never heard of no decaf either i cant have reg cof or tea but i certainly can have decaf read up on post op diets dont think you will find one like yours

THAT SUCKS personally i would have a protein shake if you cant take it anymore my doc put me on full liquids the day after surgery its too late now but if you called them they may have told you what i just did is there a 24 hour number you can call? i never would have made it that long on clear liquid you need your protein..........but all the damn docs are different good luck!
