  4. I think I'm a slow loser too. One of the hardest things to do is stop comparing your progress to someone else's. Trust me! We are all different and some will simply lose faster than others. Next, are you tracking your calories? I use MyFitnessPal to track everything and it keeps me in check. I do think exercise is very important and my doctor suggests doing something for at least 30 minutes every day. Also, take your measurements on a regular basis. You are probably losing inches and not even realize it. Take pictures too. They are a great reminder of how far you've come. Last, don't give up. You got this!

    Thanksgiving.....!?

    No cooking for me this year so that will help with the grazing that used to happen all day. I am spending Thanksgiving with my best friend and her family and I plan on having a little bit of everything I normally would (minus the bread) and just enjoy the day. I'm also going to attempt a "Turkey Trot Virtual 5k" and time myself for the first time ever. Hopefully it will be more running than walking! Hope you all have a wonderful holiday!

  16. Eating healthy usually does cost more, unfortunately. Is there something else you can cut back on? The pre-made or ready-to-drink shakes tend to cost more than the powder you can mix at home. Just stay focused and remember why you started this journey to begin with. Best wishes to you!
  17. It's easy to get addicted to fills or want to hold on to your saline, trust me I've been there. But what you're describing does not sound healthy or normal. Even a slight unfill could make a big difference. It's okay to let a little go, really it is.
