    Help I need Help

If the cold is just coming on I highly suggest Cold-eze they do really help shorten the cold and lessen the severity.
  8. I can't believe they have not told you no carbonated beverages. My surgeon says absolutely no carbontion. Also no liquid calories. Any liquids with more then 10 calories per serving I am not suppose to have.
  9. I have to add something to my successes. I am no longer on cholesterol meds. Doctor say they are in a range I should be able to control with diet and exercise. Cholesterol meds today, blood pressure meds tomorrow?

Not hungry, but I want to eat....

I keep a bowl of cucumber, peppers, and onions in vinegar in my fridge at all times. Then when I can't fight the beast that is head hunger it is something very low in calories. It usually does the trick for me.

    Keeping Old Cloths...

If you decide to get rid of them think about taking them to a support group meeting. I am sure someone there will be able to use them.
  16. Today I did my second day of week one. I like it a lot. I did it the first day on the treadmill and today I did it outside on a nice path around a small lake. I prefer the treadmill because it keeps me at a steady pace and I prefer the lake path well because it is a lake path. Did it both times without stopping. I walk then walk faster on the run parts. This might actually work for me.
