actually that is good. the post op period right after band probably for a few months is concentrated on healing, you are doing well.

come on chin up. I sometimes get down too , especially after losing my husband but I keep telling myself I am blessed to have good health and am able to get out and about.

I am so sorry for your loss.. I lost my husband of 40 years in October.. It is still very difficult to realize he is gone.. I am learning to fill my days with things to keep me busy but the evenings are hard.. prayers for you and your family.

sorry it made you sick, I drink "real" coffee every day but my Dr. said I could drink it just not to excess.
