I have to realize that although I have stopped the abuse on my body, there was still damage done, I have to allow my mind/body to heal from that still.

Well I will be going back to work on Monday , I have been out of work since July I had 2 epidural cortizone injections in my back because of the deterating degenerating disxs they fixed 2 but Iav 4 more they need to fix , while I was off my shoulder becae real bad & I find out I have frozen shoulder , so I have been to a chiropratic? sports therapy doctotor well the exercises were helping ittle with the bat wings but , then my shoulder froze up to where I couldn't move my arm at all , I can move it now but I have to take it sy on my arms , I gained a few lost a few same lbs, I went for a fbarium, flouro, fill Wensday , while the Doc, was putting the needle in my stomach rumbled , I told him not to worry it does it all the time but that I was not hungry , he said he wasn't worried , we were concd though because I already had 10cc;s in my band so after the fill which brings me up to 10 1/2 cc's looked ok and I dran water and it stayed down so now I hope it greased it a bit so I will start losing again so I can post not just good news but great news and maybe tell my Journey and story , just not ready quite yet , it was my 2 yr. Banderversery/ surgervesery on Sept. 28th and yes I cried I thought I would be at goal , but you know what we are all diffrenent and I will get there eventually .

Almost 5 years post op and today as we looked at my band, "PERFECT" was my surgeons comment! Life is Great!
