    Is It Me?

I have noticed that after I work out I can eat more than a cup of food (protein and veggies)if I allowed myself to. Has anyone experienced this?

Congrats you look great! The proteins i like are cottage cheese with blueberries or tuna salad. Baked chicken breast or baked talapia with lemon pepper. Hope that helps.

Band Over Bypass And Not Losing Yet:(

Hi TarraB, im also a band over bypass and can say that it does take time and patience along with portion control and health food choices. Mis73 is correct, it can be hard in the beginning. Good luck

    Alchohol And The Band?

Great question. I have a question, how long after band surgery should one try and introduce wine or alcohol?
