And if I have left overs I. Just store in the fridge until my next meal or snack. I used to make extra and take to work with me. But now several people I work with drink it to so we just keep milk and a blender at work. Try the vanilla with cherry limeade sugar free drink mix from Walmart
-
I love the chocolate, I use 1 scoop powder, 1/2 to 1 cup 1% milk , add crushed ice and use blender. The vanilla I do the same but add additional small amounts of sugar free pudding mix or fruit, or the sugar free drink mixes.

I have been using "My Fitness Pal" and its great. But I have noticed I am having a hard time meeting my calorie goals this last few days. I am sure it is the weather change to fall. Eating more Soups, stews, & chili. Causing my calorie count to go way up. Then add the crackers, croutons, and breads. Could you please share your recipes ffor fall meals

The shots were given to you to either stop a blood clot from forming or dissolve one you already have. You should never stop taking them until you have completed what your Dr. has ordered. If you have or get a clot and it breaks loose in your blood stream it will either go to your heart and cause a Pulmonary Embolism that carries a 75 % death rate. Or it will go to your brain and cause you to ha e a Stroke. So please follow your Physicians order so you can live to enjoy your new life

I am in a pre-surgery program , Monday 10-22-12, is my 1st monthly follow up. I have learned so much on this site, can't wait to ask how long before I can meet with the surgeon!

I can't wait to post my surgery date. Actually I am a little to a lot jealous of everyone posting theirs. The funny thing is I can't remember the last time I was jealous, or even what it was I was jealous about.

But this was 15 years ago when we only did open gastric bypasses. With the new laparoscopic surgery the risks are very significantly reduced. It cannot even be compared to the old surgery. That is what makes it the most improved surgery of the century, I think .

The man was from infection at the incision site
And the lady was complications from the surgery
-
I believe this is the surgery of the century . I took care of patients with the open WLS. And lost 2 of them from complications.

Are all the sleeves now done Laparoscopic ?
