It’s been 10 years .... I am healthier now and got more energy to spend with my children! With 5 kids ages from 28 to 9 is very exhausting but rewarding! Losing all the weight made me live longer for them. This is the best decision I have ever made in my life! To all of you who are in this journey.... congratulations! You are doing great!

Happy Friday everyone! It’s been almost 5 years now since my Surgery and I will tell you that each and every single day, I thank God for giving me this chance to be healthy again! Having the surgery is one of the greatest decision I have ever made in my life! My 5 children are so happy that I get to live longer to see them have their own family! So far I have 2 grand kids now... 11 years old and a 2 years old! My 28yr old son (oldest) is getting married this coming February 2020. I am so excited! You are all beautiful! Keep up the good work and dont ever give up!

Thank you... what I really got is determination and love to self! I used to do insulin 5 times a day with a 450 bloodsugar everyday! Having 5 kids from 27years to 8 years old... I still want to live longer! That is why I made this decision to move forward with the sleeves and I never regret every single minute of it! You guys are awesome and are very capable of doing it... its just time and patience that awaits you!

I would love to see great stories on how you feel today after years from your surgery! My name is Char and I had my surgery 2015, I started at 230 lbs and I am currently around 160-170lbs. I can say that I feel so great with how my health improved, my self confidence, my love to myself and the people who surrounds me with positive outlook in my journey. Sure, there are frustrations in my journey but it is all part of the process! Being where I am today made me a better and stronger person... I don’t think I could have not done it if it wasn’t for my children!

Its been 3 years now since my surgery! I have gain some pounds but not to make me feel less beautiful about myself now! I have come a long way! No more insulin, better self esteem and love for self is my greatest achievement! Congratulations to everyone here! You have made the best decision in your life!

Thank you so much for all your inputs and help! I really appreciate all your help! You guys are right, I dont eat as much as I used to but I dont count my calories, I eat whatever I feel like it. I need to change my eating habits again and I have enrolled back with a nutritionist through my work... Thank you again!

I dis sleeves and was doing great and maintaining it but after the holidays, I started gaining weight! My surgery was 2015... help!!! Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone! its been 2 years since my sleeves and I am loving it more and more everyday! No more insulin and medication. My A1C level is 6.0.. imagine from 12!!! I am very happy to be where I am now, my kids and I are doing more activities than before! I felt 20 years younger now and I am thankful to God and my family for all the support they have given me in this journey. For all of you out there who are planning to be in the same journey and for those who had been in this journey as well.... CONGRATULATIONS!!! We are so blessed!!!
