I still have a ways to go but like you said with the weather changing I will get there. I went running today for the first time in I don't no how long and it felt great. Talk to you soon.

You wil be just fine I was the same way. I was banded on 21 Jan 13 and I have since lost 38 pounds. We all get scared of the unknown. But I promise you it will be ok. I have no regrets.

I have been taking them for about a week and was good except for today. The firs half went down fine. It was the second half that got stuck. But I will double check with him.
