Hi Girls, Thanks for the kind words re the pics. It was a bit of fun and fantasy, and I felt very beautiful having them taken. I would recommend any of you do it also. Sam I read your story. I felt teary reading it, as I related to it so much, especially being out of breath etc etc. Your transformation is incredible, so inspirational. I think what set me off was the title of the thread. "Why are so many white women marrying black men?" I saw red. My cousin is married to a man from the West Indies. They have been happily married for 13 years and have a 12 year old son. Nobody ever bloody asks " Why are so many white women marrying white men?":rolleyes: A little tact would not go astray. I think that people should marry who they love and a person's ethnic backbround should be of no consequence. Having said that, why are you posting all these controversial topics? Are you a troll? Yes this is the rants and raves section of the board, but you seem to mostly post these kind of topics rather than anything to do with banding. For someone who has not yet been banded I find that strange to be honest. I don't post much about banding in general because I am banded and have been posting here since 2004 You? Hi All, Just wondering where is the best city/town in America and why?I am planning on crashing your shores next year to cast my peepers on my new neice or nephew in New York. I would like to visit a few quirky type places too. I have been to America before and loved Seattle and San Francisco. I think that I will be mostly travelling on the East Coast this time. Would love to see New Orleans, Memphis etc etc. Sell your city/town to me. Susannah

Hi, Tipping in Australia for most things is not mandatory. Of course if you get good service at a restaurant etc you can opt to tip. I think tipping is an American thing. I tip if I feel I have received good service on things. Susannah
