  1. So I'm 5 lbs from my goal weight. But I am very frustrated. I am 8 months out and worried I've stretched my sleeve. I can now eat lots of food I still get full but I totally failed today I already reached 1900 calories because I was stressed today. I usually don't have days like this. Can some one please tell me the facts of stretching and what are your calorie limits each day I do cardio almost everyday and I'm very active but today was a diet fail. I also am fighting carb cravings. I feel like I couldnt find rest while fat now that im thin I worry more.


  2. You didn't stretch your stomach out. My surgeon told me it takes several years of overeating to stretch your stomach and then it won't be as much as you think. Your stomach is supposed to accept more food at time goes by. How much more was your salad than what you normally eat? Sometimes I can eat more than other days. Tonight I ate 3 chicken wings' date=' 6 small to medium size scallops, 3 bites of salad and 5 green Beans. I was very full but not exploding. Last night I had a small cup of chili and 1/2 a thin burger patty and thought I would explode![/quote']

    I notice some days are different as well. However a hole bunch I've times I've eaten to the point where I have to lay down bc I was just getting used to the idea of taking my time. Does it mean I over ate and poss stretched it out. U make me feel a little better


  3. Im frustrated im not getting as full as I used too did I stretch my stomach pouch out? Im 7 months out I used to gwt so full so easily now I can eat a huge salad lol Im finding it hard like I feel down bc I sorta ate alot today though healthy I already reached my calorie limit.... blah


  4. So my biggest fear is over eating and stretching. Ive been doing fabulously and lost alot of weight in 6 months. 120 lbs in fact. however im terrified to get big again. I had three chicken fingers today because I was weak, I didnt get full and it wasnt a healthy choice. Have I already stretched my stomach? I know I need to relax and just enjoy my new life and body, but im addicted to food. It was easy to stop after surgery because it was physically impossible to over eat and it was easy to feel full after healthy meals. The past 3 weeks ive stayed eating healthy but have induldged and now I find myself induldging more. I think. I hate being addicted to eating. Food is seriously my drug and its scary :(

    I'm glad I can inspire. I've been working hard but I feel I am fighting temptation from eating junk everyday its the hardest work I've done.


  7. I had a bad eating day i feel like today.... does anybody fear so much about gaining their weight back? I feel like i worry about it to much. I do not ever want to be that fat man again I was so un happy, I just need to relaz. Anyways when it gets hard I just look at these pics. Hope it helps some one else out..

    Honestly I do cardio on the weekends crunches and push ups everyday and I eat fruits vegs chicken and fish since I get full easy its been easy to eat healthy
