How much of the cheese did you eat? Did you weight/measure it? At 4 weeks out, and still do at 6 months, weigh and measure everything I eat. BTW 600 calories is alot for 4 weeks out. I only recently am able to eat between 700-800 calories. Don't rush it; drink your shakes and eat what protein you can. Make the most of this weight loss phase to optimize your weight loss. Good Luck.

From reading your post it appears to me that you are no longer interested in losing any more weight. Is that right? You eating plan that you list is not for someone who wants to lose weight; chips, french dip, cookie? Really? If you truly want this you need to get back on track. Your calories are way to high almonds also are very high in calories.
    Basics:
Eat protein with a little veggie
    Measure/weigh out your food
    None to little carbs
    No snacking
    Good Luck!

At first I looked and thought, yah a drive through. Then I saw it a person in a wheelchair. I agree with the other poster but I am not sure why the don't ask him to come inside the restaurant. All restaurants have to be wheelchair accessible so I think that this would be more appropriate.

Try to cook your chicken in the crock pot, it will be very moist and delicious. I am 11 weeks out and have not attempted pork or beef they are both very tough and even with chewing may not go down. I had chewed on some veal and it just wouldn't break down so I just spit it out might try again when I am further out. Try soft fishes and take small bites and chew well: tuna, haddock, tilapia, sole.

Maybe instead on the french dip sandwich and chips for dinner, you could have a grilled chicken salad with lite balsalmic vinegar dressing. If you really want the results that you desire then you have to work extremely hard to get it. Also, maybe you could begin hiking or swimming. Lastly, skip the hershey bars and save them for someone who isnt interested in losing weight. Stay focused!

Measuring is good, put your food in a small bowl and use small(baby) utensils. You have to consciously be aware of how you are eating. Deliberately put your fork down between each bite. If you can do something else while eating read, watch TV. Good Luck you can do it!
I think in the long term if you will continue to eat fast and when you can handle more food you will then start eating too much.

if you don't get in enough protein you will lose your hair and start wasting away your muscles. 24 grams is not enough, I have heard muscle milk is good. The ones I use are delicious I can see I will tire of them after 4 weeks but I know I HAVE to consume at least 60 grams a day.
