  1. Hi everyone... I've been mia for sometime now. Hope everyone is where they want to be. Just want to share with you guys that I have been doing pretty well. I've been in maintaining mode for about 2 months now. I do go from 132 to 134. But I'm happy with this weight.

    I just emailed my nut to see where I should be calorie wise and she suggest I should be from 1000-1200 cal.

    How is everyone doing calorie wise?


  2. Oh so that's what that is!! Lol!! I have started that today. My birthday is about two weeks away' date=' I'm in a stall and I want to see what I could loose by my birthday. These last pounds are the worse to get rid of. Twenty more to go !![/quote']

    Oh good I'm not doing this alone. I started this morning too. Had my Protein Shake, Water and sf popsicle, about to have some broth then I'll have another Protein shake and more water and for dinner maybe some broth. How is your day going?

Bust the stall 1:Go on a 48-hour liquid diet. 2: For two days in a row eat two dried prunes in the morning two before bed and almost one gallon "90/120oz "of Water a day. 3: Breakfast one hard-boiled egg. snack 8 ounces Protein Shake . lunch 1/2 cup shredded lettuce with 1/2 baby Bell cheese shredded with 1/2 hard-boiled egg 1 teaspoon and a half ranch dressing. Evening snack 8 ounce Protein shake. dinner Baked chicken breast green vegetables. Before bed snack 8 ounces milk. You will be drinking 80/120 oz of water. Do this for 2 days :) try one you like and let me know how you did :) BTW I'm the stall queen I have had 7 week stalls 4 week stalls and 2/3 week stalls ;)

    What's your progress? I think we had surgery a couple days apart.
