This is about a new life and eating a little of anything when you want I do not count cal. or carbs and enjoy eating things not many people here would allow and I have lost 160 pounds and am at goal for 3 months. Have fun and quit beating your self up over food.

I am glad to see someone else that is not going hog wild with the "diet" I eat the same way as you do I have never tracked food or counted cals. and I have lost 150 lbs and have enjoyed life instead of fighting with food.
