I have bsbc federal I believe they are similar if not the same. I received a letter of approval in about a week from the ins coord submitting all paperwork. You should not have a problem. Good luck!

I have bsbc federal I had to do 3 month visit, psych eval, forgot I had a seminar to go to. Started in march having surgery 9/25. Dr. Really booked up. Good luck!!

I started out wanting the lap band but as time went on i started leaning toward the sleeve. At my last nut visit I let her know I wanted the sleeve. It's a done deal ins approved and surgery on 9/25. Good luck!! -
