im 7 weeks post op and can finally eat!! Thank God!! And yet, oh crap now I can eat!!??

I am officially not the largest person at my work..woohoo!

I'm going on a road trip with my oldest friends next week and I'm really looking forward to it. At Target today, I was looking for a swim cap and ended up buying a new swimsuit because the one I intended to take doesn't have a skirt. I don't think I want to display my skinny, wrinkly thighs after all.

Officially down 80 pounds this morning! Now for 90...lol

I just noticed my BMI has dropped 10 points since I started this process!!

Today my endocrinologist who I just met and has no idea who I really am, refused to refer me to my surgeon so my insurance can cover my gastric sleeve. I'm devastated. I've been trying all day to stay calmed. I don't know what to do. The worst part is being told by my family and friends "maybe is for the best".

My surgery is tomorrow im kind of nervous but so ready

Hallelujah, I made it home safely. When I tell you this snow right here has broke that last nerve.... it has. I ran into a snow bank trying to get off the parking lot at work, I'm okay though no damage to Louise. It wasn't a hard hit. Then driving in the streets with no lines just lots and lots of snow. Life is really showing me what I'm made of!

10 months, 104 lbs lost, that's the most weight I have lost in less than a year ever and I feel fabuleous!!!

Five days ago I got my blood pressure medication dose cut in HALF---and was told by my doctor I will be off it completely eventually! Woot! I have been on some kind of BP meds since about 1992. So I am feeling good today...

Psych Evaluation complete! and it was only 5 minutes lol
