  1. Sounds like you are doing great! I need to order some of that Unjury Chicken Soup before my surgery. Most of the protein drinks and supplements are sweat, and I would think that it would be easy to get tired of sweat stuff all of the time. Good idea with the baby food!

  2. Yay!!! I am just thrilled for you and can't imagine how much the kido's enjoyed having you ski with them. You are taking back your life and I just love it. I also want to ski. I never have and it is one of my goals post op. I am excited about the weight loss that is to come, but I am most excited about removing the restrictions that are associated with being overweight. This post really made me smile! Thanks ~

  3. I enjoyed reading this post. Thanks for your honesty and I am so thrilled that you are making progress. I understand your pre surgery comments about getting close to a goal and then feeling some sort of accomplishment only to abandon it yet again for food. It is the reason I did not follow thru with my WLS in 2012, and the reason I am in the pre op journey again today 20 pounds heavier in 2015.

    I know that you will continue to have success. Keep your chin up and press on!

    Don't worry about them being negative, that is just what they do and who they are. Instead click on the photos before and after tab, read some of the post that I have seen here latley or in the past....

    It works and the folks who are having success are more than willing to share the details with you. Keep your chin up and keep us posted...
