Went to a weight watchers meeting today I think I've taken myself as far as I can go on will power alone. Looking forward to the weekly meetings and the accountability.

Lost 4 pounds this week by eating between 1200-1500 cals a day Feels good to finally be back on track and motivated to shed these last 50 pounds and reach goal.

Hypoglycemia SUCKS! Woke up at 1am with low blood sugar and had to eat something. Low blood sugar gives me insomnia and other horrible symptoms. If my carbs are too low my body will definitely let me know and this is another reason why I'm so happy that my NUT understands that I can't do low carb. I will faint

Stomach flu was horrible last night. I'm feeling better now and rehydrating. Gonna avoid MFP and eat like a normal healthy person. Loving my sleeve

feeling better and down 15 lbs since surgery 10/2

Probably wont be as active on this site as I was pre-op. I'm finding myself wanting to live my life like a normal person and not being consumed with sleeve sleeve sleeve! I'm thankful for all the support that I've gotten but I feel like I'm all sleeved out for a while and I don't really feel like talking about it everyday or making constant post about it. My surgery date is OCTOBER 2ND!!!! I'm so excited

Thanks everyone for all the support I meet with the NUT tomorrow and then I can finally schedule my final clearance appt with the surgery and then I wll have my surgery date. I pray everything keeps moving quickly

Met with the surgeon today and I'm feeling great about my decision. The next few weeks will be hard but they said the process should take about 1.5 months to attend all of my appts.
