What is brand of your Protein bar? maybe i can find those to see if they work.....something has to give.......Is being dizzy side affect from lack of Protein?

Congrats ... I did just what you did. I had completed all required work ups and was completed within my 3month requirement. However I picked a surgery date 2 months later because I needed to get everything right at home and work. Doing this has allowed me to be off from work for 8wks. Now please believe and understand that I am going completely crazy and ready to run back to work. Lol. Nov 12th or 13Hershey she comes. Look out. Now in your excited state go get prepared. Your date will be here very quickly.

I requested u all. How are ur ladies doing since surgery? How much have u lost since surgery? I have only lost 20lbs been staled for 2.5 wks. No problems with surgery or recovery. Just major Constipation. Im able to digest Water and protien with no problems.

I was worried about this also. I asked surgeon and was assured it would change. Just as she said it would it did. liquids go straight thru. This is why we can't eat and drink at the same time. Don't worry.

I'm 3 weeks out. I do understand what you guys are talking about. Now I keep going crazy thinking that the sleeve will not work. I had a great surgery with a excellent recovery so I guess that's why I'm going crazy with crazy thoughts.

Can I make a suggestion? Start journaling all your food. I use an app called My Net Diary. Keeps up wit everything I eat. When you see what you are doing its easier to control.
That might help.

Yes u should make a profile but it doesn't have to be anything major. Unlike ur real life now we are here for the same cause and main positive goal. Most conversations will be what u want to know so if you are not ready to mingle just read and learn. But please at anytime when you are ready please join in.
