I've had Five separate weight losses of approximately 100 pounds. Each time I regained the weight. I had given up on losing weight since I knew the ultimate outcome would be regaining the weight. I saw bariatric surgery as my best chance of succeeding at weight loss. It's the best decision I ever made.
