I physically only needed the day of and day after off. However, you really really have to focus on getting in your water/liquids, ie 1oz every 12 mins. I ended up taking a week just to get to the point where I was cleared to drink like normal.

#2 sides and back, finger length on top.. 34yrs old.. been showing early stages of widows peak for about 2-3 years now. In the last few weeks, I get a hair or two in my hand anytime I scratch my head, etc. I skipped my last haircut due to scheduling and it looks much less obvious now. Losing hair on head. You should call marsdens office in Denton, not the true results office. Marsden does surgery at Baylor trophy club as well, this is a bcbs center of excellence.

You have gone an excellent job, keep up the great work!! We put so much focus on our sleeve and nutrition and exercise, etc that it really becomes a big part of who we are. Because of this, I think we over analyse every aspect of it at times. You are beautiful, I guarantee people notice and just assume its not a topic you wish to discuss. Blenderized cauliflower with a wedge of laughing cow was a staple in my puree stage. Was yummy. OP- I got my taste buds and hunger back around the same time that you seem to be. I found that increasing Water, scheduled eating and variety really helped me from going full bore on an unhealthy meal. When I just couldn't get something out if my head, I got creative.
