    can't wait!

On mine he took me off liquids and did mushies and soft solids. And he told me to SLOWLY reintroduce foods. Like one different very few days and see how it goes.

    Bites per min?

With me it depends on what I'm eating. But I always try to eat slow and chew!! Lol. With chicken I can eat a little faster. With hamburger meat psh I eat that sloooow

    Super hungry at night

My doc said to eat when you're hungry and to stop when you're full. Maybe your body is needing something. Or maybe it's that mental hunger. Lol.
  5. I seriously can't believe it. I've gone from a size 20 to 14. I am so incredibly happy. I've gone through cravings and food phases. At the beginning it was Fruit! I was buying a watermelon, cantaloupe, and pineapple every week at the grocery store. Then it was goldfish. I seriously had to hide the goldfish from myself so I'd stop eating them. Lol. Eggs!! I'm in love with eggs right now! Eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, fried egg. I have an egg every morning! I was walking every night with my husband after dinner but haven't in a few weeks. I have a crazy work schedule. I have experienced that crazy sweating when I'm eating too fast though. Also I do still spit up when I eat one bite too many. Although it's a little different than spitting up with the lap band. Overall I'm happy. I can't believe I've lost this much so fast! If anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to ask me. I had the lap band before the sleeve and this forum really helped me pre op.

    New sleeve....

    How you doing?

    New sleeve....

Walk walk walk. I'd get pain meds every 4 hours. So I'd sleep for 3 1/2 then pee then go walk. Then I'd start Over again. It helped so much.

    2 weeks out-only down 11 pounds.

So I was 265. Before surgery I was 255. 2 weeks out I am. Now 244. I just feel like 11 pounds isn't that much.
  9. Im feeling like that's not very much. Idk. I lost 10 pounds before surgery. I'm just starting to feel discouraged.

    New sleeve....

I am 2 weeks out today. The biggest thing I can tell you is that you will feel better! All the nausea will pass. My worst fear was that things wouldn't go back to normal. I'm still healing but things have gotten so much better.
  11. Hey yall. It's day 4 post op including my surgery date. Today's the first day I've started feeling normal. I've been pretty out of it these past few days. I've started eating creamy soups and that's helping a lot. My incisions arent hurting. Just my insides. Ive stopped taking my pain medicine every 4 hours cause i was tired of being high all the time. Im trying to take them at night. Ive been pretty depressed. And not to be graphic but my butthole is so raw from going poop every 30 minutes. I'm trying to stay positive but it's hard.
