That is great. It reminds me of the biggest loser finales.... The big reveals, where they break through the before weight loss pictures. Congrats :-).

I was a size 6 4 years ago, therefore I have size 6 through 16 ready and waiting for me. Before my surgery I organized everything by size, so as I start dropping the lbs I can go shopping in my basement. :-)

i have heard the same thing that muscle milk is no bueno. costco has a Premium Protien ready made with 30g of protien per drink. Best i have found. Cheap too a case goes for 25 for 18 giving ~1.40 each. They taste great and have chocolate and vanilla and soon strawberry. So Far it is the highest protien count in any one drink.

This is a very short easy read. I also passed it along to loved ones, so they would have a better understanding of what I would be going through.

I think I will. I think it's going to be helpful once the pain of surgery wears off and I'm like " wait. What did I do." <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
You will be back on your toes in no time. Hang in there. Recovery can be rough the first two weeks.

I received my explanation of benefits in the mail today. The hospital billed my insurance $54,000.. That's a 2012 BMW M3 luckily I only had to pay $500 insurance, handled the rest.

I'm finding that I'm lactose intolerant too. I hope it's temporary!I'm actually able to integrate dairy slowly now. I'm six weeks out. I've been eating a chobani yogurt every morning, and knock on wood, so far so good.

I use lactaid because unfortunately I became lactose intolerant after the procedure, which I've been told is most likely temporary. Lactaid is a great source of Protein.< /p>

I'll have to think of that next time. I usually have the trucks come by my door. Darn my laziness :-). Congrats on the workout and ridding yourself of old baggage.
