Good Luck! Are you having the procedure done at Alexian Bros or St. Alexus?

I love Whole Foods. I go there for the free range chicken and beef. The increased price for animal cruelty free products is worth it.

In about 8 weeks I have been stalled 4 of them. I lost almost all my weight loss in the first 2 weeks and have inched down from there. Don't worry' date=' you are doing great.[/quote']Same thing here! I hired a personal training in hopes to jump start the loss again.

I've read "The Sleeved Life" by Pennie Nicola. It had a lot of good info!!I too recommend this one. It was an easy yet very informative read.

I hired a personal trainer today. Interested in hearing from others that have a personal trainer. Do you notice a boost in your weight loss?

does anyone know why you can't do vegis in the beginning? Is it just because they are rough on the tummy?Veggies are hard to digest.

Read in another post, this is unhealthy for your sleeve. On occasion I eat a bit too much and this causes this reaction. What are some of the risks of throwing up. I am 8 weeks out. Thanks all :-)

I quit before surgery then 1 month out I started again. I have cut down a lot however I do buy the occasional pack. It is so hard.

Ok ladies here is another good one I just finished. "He Loves Lucy". By: Susan Donovan. This is about a woman who loses 100lbs in a year.

I was at the end of mine when I had my procedure done. When the hospital nurse called with all the pre-op instructions a few days before she said wear a pad no tampons. You will be fine :-). Good luck.

The crazy thing is, since I can't tolerate much of it.... That is all I crave. Lol.
