  1. Omg I am the same! Had surgery July 9th and started out at 272 and have been between 247 and 245 for the last week! What the hell!?!? So I am you g to start working out tomorrow! Ugh
  2. Nikki and Mishi I totally UNDERSTAND I am going crazy on full liquids! I find myself thinking only about fast food, alcohol and weed YES my weed. I'm not a big smoker about 3 times a week (bad days at work) and usually one weekend a night. But omg I slurped down some ramen noodle with added chicken broth and I tried to eat a noodle. Plus slurped about two full ounces down one teaspoon right after another and I admit I had a bite of pizza and chewed it up and spit it out. Gross? Hell yes but I just had to have a taste of it. I am in bad shape here! I can't even believe I have to stay here 3 weeks
  3. The only thing I had complaints about this week (just sleeved Monday) is the hiccups. They hurt and quite frankly wish the gas would come out the other end. I believe it would be far less painful. I passed gas like the next morning after the surgery. I am eating my sugar free pudding, jello, and yogurts and hard to get all the water and protein in. Only my first day on solid liquids though so some tweeking will be in order for the rest of my menu for the next 3 weeks. Over all I am feeling great. I was so worried and it was for nothing. No pain at all. Good luck everyone.

  6. OMG I was just sleeved on July 9th. I did not feel any pain, not even the gas. Now I do have a lot of prayer warriors in my family and I consider it the grace of God but honestly I could go back to work tomorrow if I had to. My surgeon was great and the only thing I really worry about is eating and drinking enough I am never never hungry :/ never had this problem before LOL! But really never crave or hungry it is so crazy! Don't worry ! It will be over before you know it and it is NOT painful. good luck!!

  8. I dont think so at all. I think it has to do with family genes. If your gonna look old you were anyway regardless if you have fat plumping up those wrinkles. I would rather look a little old than die young though that's for sure. It's all in your head I think ultimately you look how you feel

  12. My surgery is July 9th as well and cannot wait for this to be over! I did not have to do a liquid diet just the day before chicken broth and water etc. but nothing after midnight. I am going crazy with anticipation and anxiety because this is my very FIRST surgery and I am a big WUSS. So naturally I am concerned with the pain but I just have to say I am in this deep and no backing out now. lol. Congrats on everyones surgery dates and will keep everyone posted on here after I get out of surgery.
  13. awesome job on the 3 miles!! About 10 years ago I was doing 7 miles a night and doing that again seems to far away but your 3 miles encourages me to astrive for it again! Can you believe I was eating a egg roll and a regular coke after each workout back then and I was still losing weight. It's funny how your metabolism says kiss my &^* when you get older. haha. Ready to strive for that again though for sure!
