Where has the time gone? - I am now 4 months post op. - Down 71 pounds from surgery wt - Down 89 pounds from pre-op wt. - Every day gets better. - Thank the Lord for my sleeve. 61 more pounds to my goal. Once I hit goal....a gift to myself - CROSSFIT!!! Take Care everyone!

Had my 3 Months Post Op Check Up yesterday. My surgeon was very happy with my success. I see him in 3 months from now and he wants me at 250. That would be an amazing accomplishment for me... espcially seeing that I started this journey at 375. This week I got below the 300 mark. Amazing!!! I'm working out 6 days a week. Cardio and Weight lifting. Feeling better everyday. 2013 will be my year. Gotta go get it!!!!!

2 MONTHS POST-OP - DOWN 65 FROM PRE-OP - DOWN 47 POUNDS FROM SURG WT. WORKING OUT ABOUT 6 DAYS A WEEK - WEIGHT LIFTING AND GAINING MY STRENGTH BACK - FEELING GREAT AND EXTREMELY BLESSED. HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING WELL.

8 Weeks ago today I was sleeved. I am so thankful to the Lord for the opportuntity to change my life for the better. I am thankful to be a part of the VST family. I am thankful for Life...and Life more abundantly. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

7 Weeks Post Op - Down 59 lbs from pre-op - Down 41lbs from Surg Wt. I feel very blessed to have such great progress thus far.

Purchased by 2year prepaid membership to 24hr fitness. Today was first day back in the gym. Definitely lost some muscle. Felt a bit defeated while going through my weight lifting routine. All in due time.

6 weeks post op - down 35 lbs from surg - down 53 lbs from pre-op. Feeling good. Definitely on pace to hit my goal of 100 lbs first six months. Hope everyone is doing well. Peace and Blessings!!!

Officially one month post op!!! Time has flown by. Down 27 pounds, even with a one-week stall. I know I made the right decision. Feeling Good

3wks, 2 days post op. It's gone really fast. Was on a stall for about 10 days, but I lost another pound yesterday. Why didn't anyone warn me about this week 3 stall business? LOL...Well in the big picture 20lbs in 3 week is awesome. Hope you all are doing well.

I'm one week post op today. 14 pounds down from surgery weight. Energy is still kind of low, but I am sure that will improve as I am tolerate more and get more nutrients in my system. I hope everyone's doing well. Have a great day!!!

So glad I can finally say I'm post-op! Surgery went well but omg, the gas pains are horrible. I will be released from the hospital tomorrow.

It's finally here!!! I go in at 9am tomorrow and my surgery is scheduled for 12 noon. So excited! See ya'll on the other side.

Ok... it's getting real!!!! 7 days left... This time next week I will be on the other side. Can't wait!!!

Countdown....14 days left! until I get sleeved!!! Definitely looking forward to it.

I'm out in Montego Bay, Jamaica on a much needed vacation and all I can think about is how much better this trip would be if I was post sleeve. Even though this place is absolutely beautiful, it makes me realize even more than true happiness comes from within, and not your environment. Exactly 4 weeks from tomorrow, I am getting sleeved. Had to move my Surgery date back 9 days to Sept 27th due to a work conference, but eh... Surgery is exactly 5 weeks from today. I'm excited. I need this....

It's Official. My surgery date is September 18th. A new journey is ahead and the countdown has begun.

So today I rec'd a call from Pacific Bariatric in San Diego who's going to conduct my surgery. They actually gave me a surgery date of 8/21!!!! I could not believe it. I actually asked them for a surgery date in mid september due to vacations and work events out of state. I can't believe it. It's coming quick. I should have my actual surgery date within the next week or so.

Heading out to have my surgery consultation with Pacific Bariatric Surgical Medical Group down in San Diego. Another huge step taken in my long "Kaiser" process of getting sleeved. I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel and it's shining bright!!! I am pumped! Today is a good day!
