  1. i cheated yesterday. as i was reading yourstory it sound so familiar, its called triggers. its like once you eat one bad thing it trigers something and you continue on after the popcorn you decided to make it a cheat day. ive done this before. i try really hard to stay away from triggers like starchy foods chips pizza all are triggers for me.


  2. my 2nd week i was starving by the time i got to my 3rd week it diminished. i still get hungry but its only because its time to eat
