OK enough, the sleeve is still pretty new so none of the drs are sure what works and what doesnt. lets stop fighting its un called for. I have found that being on here everyone has something differant. i personally think kaiser is the best, but hey thats just my opinion. i wish i went to mexico for dr alvarez he is popular. soooooooooo how is everyone doing today. i am ok just sitting here at work wishing i was home.

kalimom, i feel you i didnt get this surgery to restrict myself i got it to help me control my portions. i use to obess and wasnt losing now i just live and the scale is moving more for me.

its official i am down 60lbs since surgery 9/12/12 its coming off slow but its coming off. I am so happy and i am out of the 220's lets get to 200 mark judy, yesssssssssssssssssss

finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am out of the 20's lost about 4lbs for the week. size 14 is almost past my hips. today my job has appreiciation day and this is what was on the menu. chicken tenders, hot wings, nachos, hot dogs, chili, and salad and sweet potato fries and tons of Desserts. this is what i ate 1 chicken drumette 1 small tender 5 tortilla chips with 2 tbsp of cheese sauce and 5 small sweet potato fries a mini key lime pie half, a slitther of this chocolate mouse cake like a bite got it all in and was very stuffed could not eat the sweets at all, gross, i was mad i couldnt eat more lol

its official went to the dr today and i am 217 60lb lost. doing the happy dance

its official i am in th teens, went to dr today and i was 217

1 lb from 60 lb loss. its moving again. i am claiming this number. sometimes the scale will trick me and be back up but i am claiming this. my size 14's are on my hips lets see what happens next week this time.

i think im averaging about 2lbs a month it took 2 months to lose 4lbs
