Do you have a plan.....I've been faithfully using MyFitnessPal....it was suggested from a friend (sleevedandbeautiful).....it works I can see what she's eating and she can see what I'm eating and exercising...it holds me accountable...let me know if you're on MFP.

I have UHC. I had to have the six months weight management. I have been approved, but my plan only pays 50%.....My surgery is scheduled for Dec.9.
