I did the same thing. I started a low carb diet 2 weeks before the liquid diet. Now mind you, I had a few cheats in there, but I lost 5 lbs. Since my liquid diet (that I have not cheated at all on) I started May 14th I have lost another 13! So total of 18 in less than a month. I get sleeved this coming Tuesday. So ready! I am over the waiting too. I just want to be done!
