No I have not consistently lost it. I have stalled out so many times. The past month I was stuck at 208-203 and then finally I started working out more and eating better and I finally started dropping again. I had almost lost hope. I go weeks with only loosing a few lbs then I drop a few in a couple days. Don't loose hope at any point because it will eventually fall off. I had to make some changes though to jump start the weight loss again. Good luck to you.

Today I am 4 1/2 month post op. The past month has been a struggle but I have finally reached two of my goals. I am at 75 lbs. lost and I broke the 200's and now I am in wonderland! I haven't been here since 10 th grade!

I started this about a week ago. I am still not able to complete day 1. Which is discouraging but then again who would of thought I could run at all. I will eventually be able to do it. I am 3 months post op and down 65 lbs counting my 20 pre op.

I felt the same way as you till about 2 full months post op. now I am almost 2 1/2 and very happy. Weight loss is slow but it is no longer a burden. I hope you also have that moment where everything changes and you feel happy about your decision.

You look incredible! I was the same starting weight as you. I have lost 28 lbs including pre op. one week out from surgery. I can't wait to get to where you are! You look so great!

Well everything went great yesterday and I am officially one day post op. I have been having more gas pain today but I am up and walking that out. I have had some pudding and Tomato Soup since surgery and ice chips and Water. I took about 2 bites every 20 min and it sat well. I should be going home this evening. Thanks for all the prayers and support! I will update more later! Thanks!
